Kids love it
Iâd like to start off by saying I canât believe I had to pay for this movie even though I already pay for Disney +. How did Prime video get ahold of Moana 2 weeks before Disney + started airing it?! This is on top of having payed to watch it at the theatre. It turned into quite the expensive movie! Despite all of this, our kids love it. The music is still catchy and the storyline is interesting.

Got the disc for the backstory
I saw Moana 2 in the theater. As so often happens, the second movie isnât quite as good as the first. Still itâs a delightful movie. I bought the disc mainly so I could get all the behind the scene stories. It will arrive this afternoon and Iâm looking forward to it.

I bought Moana Dvd because we went to see this movie when it first came out and she me can I buy this movie for her when it comes out. I said yes. She loves Moana.

If they’re telling you this price is justified, don’t listen to them
To those saying “physical media is for collector’s now” and not to care about how ridiculously expensive Disney’s 4K releases have become: I bought Akira on steelbook yesterday for $35 CAD. One of the best anime films ever made, delicately restored on 4K. Rango on 4K steelbook is usually around $30 USD. Need a more recent example? The Nosferatu steelbook went for around $40 USD. The steelbook for Wicked went for around the same price, if not less. Don’t even bother trying to convince anyone that Disney isn’t trying to outright scam you. For a film that, quite frankly, isn’t even worth picking up. And it’s not like they’ve stuffed this with bonus features either, Pixar in the 2000’s and 2010’s had way more bonus features than what’s being offered here.

Awesome movie!!! The 4K/Blu-ray Steel Book was totally worth the added cost and the quality was amazing!!! The digital copy was extremely easy to redeem and watch!!!
